Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping throughout the UK (excluding NI, Channel Islands).
International shipping is free for orders over £100.
Orders under £100; Europe £10*. Rest of world £15**
If you would like a custom quote, an expedited service or more information please contact us prior to ordering.
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days.
*Shipping to the EU is inclusive of customs duties and import taxes to avoid any unwanted surprises.
**Orders outside the UK & Europe; please check your local import duties charges, as they may apply to your order and will need to be settled by yourself.
Returns
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To begin a return please send us an email at sales@sourcedlife.com with your order number and reason for return.
Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns policy.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
