Pricing
At SOURCED, our commitment is to offer quality service, and product availability whenever possible. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Pricing Errors & Product Variation
In the event a SOURCED product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error sourced shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
We do our best to display as accurately as possible the colors and size of the products on sourcedlife. However, because of variations dependant on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Cancellation and Fraud
In an effort to protect our customers, all orders placed with sourced are screened and security checked for fraud. We advise you to include a valid telephone number and email address with your order so we can contact you if we need you to confirm its authenticity. All checks are made for the security and safe shopping of our customers. We may ask you to confirm certain elements of your order which may include the billing or delivery address. We will never ask you for full credit / debit card details. Although it is rare that it would be necessary for us to cancel an order, we reserve the right to refuse any orders from a customer where the following situations are applicable:
- Incorrect credit/debit card number, expiration date or security code.
- Incorrect billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your credit card company/ bank has on record).
- Insufficient/incorrect shipping address (street, town/city, county or postal code).
Fraudulent information
We may cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history. If we are unable to contact you via the telephone number or email address you provided with your order within 3 days we reserve the right to cancel your order. (In this circumstance; a full refund will be actioned to the original payment method).
The sale of your order will appear on your credit card statement as SOURCED at PAYPAL.
Payment
We accept payment from in accordance with out payment provider PAYPAL. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.
Limitation of Liability
SOURCED shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if sourced has been advised of the possibility of damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Delivery and Returns
At SOURCED we aim to offer a reliable delivery service. Goods are sent via Royal Mail. As parcels are sent with Royal Mail we cannot specify a time of delivery nor can you request any special instructions. If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you sourced cannot be accountable for any delays incurred whilst in transit with Royal Mail. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day.
Please contact us as soon as you can with any problems. Items can be returned in-line with our current returns policy. Under distance selling regulations your can cancel any order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please notify us as soon as possible should you wish to do so by emailing sales@sourcedlife.com
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days within the UK, foreign delivery varies and delays may arise due to customs procedures. All timescales are subject to stock availability. Sourced is not responsible for delays causes by postal disruptions.
Our items are sold with duty unpaid for orders abroad. Additional taxes / fees may be applicable depending on location and should be researched prior to ordering.
Refunds
Please return all products within 28days of purchase (we will allow for postage days each end) with all the correct labels and in the condition that you received it. Sale items are non-refundable they can be exchanged only.
We will endeavor to process postal return refunds/exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow up to 21 working days.
Please note that unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied we cannot refund postage costs.
We aim to deal with all customer queries in a friendly and professional manner. The most important thing is communication and we will endeavour to sort any problem as quickly as possible.
